Job Description
This is a full time position based in Takanini.
Phones answered in a timely manner and customers kept informed of any issues immediately.
Ensure timely processing and distribution of the Inboxes across all businesses.
Timely and accurate entry of orders and general data processing within agreed deadlines.
Processing of account sales, and cash sales in accordance with CSR policies and procedures.
Respond to a variety of customer enquiries and issues including (Late or no-delivery, Pricing inquiries)
Maintain Grade of Service on Queues.
Follow processes for managing customer complaints and ensure follow through to resolution.
Understanding of product applications and specifications.
Quotations processed in timely manner and customer informed.
Liaise with Inventory team with any stock shortages and delays.
Website enquiries dealt with in a timely manner.
