Location: either Lynbrook or Campbellfield

Capral Aluminium – Australia’s largest aluminium manufacturer and distributor – is looking for an Experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our small and supportive team in either Campbellfield or Lynbrook, Victoria.

This is a non-customer-facing, office-based role, ideal for someone with experience in order processing, internal sales support, or technical customer service. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our operations run smoothly behind the scenes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Accurately entering sales orders into our system

Responding to phone and internal enquiries

Providing quotes, lead times, and order status updates

Vetting orders for accuracy and feasibility

Processing credit claims and applying credit policies

Offering technical and product support over the phone

About You:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.

Previous experience in a similar internal customer service or admin coordination role

Strong verbal and written communication skills

A professional and friendly phone manner

Solid computer literacy and attention to detail

A good attitude to workplace safety and reliability
