About the role
We’re currently seeking a Customer Service Delivery Supervisor to join our SA Distribution Hub. In this role you will manage the delivery of customer service and fulfilment of customer orders, through the effective and efficient supply, distribution and management of blood, blood products and components.
A day in the Customer Service Supervisor role will see you:
Supervise and direct the Customer Service & Order Fulfilment team to maximise efficiency and ensure that orders for blood, blood components, and consumable are received and processed accurately, and are delivered in accordance with customer orders and the work schedule.
Coordinate daily supply planning, in consultation with the Regional Fulfilment Manager and accordingly establish procedures to identify inventory requirement, gaps, storage, handling of stocks, stock visibility which will eventually lead to smooth deliveries.
Lead the team through recruitment, training, performance, and development.
Manage the rosters in accordance with daily supply planning.
Actively engage in assisting with the daily workload and training and assessment with staff.
Monitor and drive operational performance against KPIs.
Identify opportunities for change initiatives and support and implement continuous improvement.
Maintain the required standards of quality assurance and regulatory compliance within the Manufacturing environment.
Implement and manage a total quality management approach in the Manufacturing environment and manage to ensure that it meets the Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) as defined by Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).
Foster a customer-focused environment that consistently meets expectations.

Ability to lead or supervise a warehouse or distribution team along with operational knowledge of warehouse and distribution processes and principles
Experience and operational knowledge of Customer service processes and principles
Ability to coach and develop staff to achieve results
Ability to undertake the role with a sense of passion for service excellence and contribute towards improved customer service.
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing, GMP, or pharmaceutical environments (preferred); however we are open about industry.
Hands-on approach and readiness to support the team as needed
Strong technical and digital skills with keen attention to detail
This is a permanent full-time opportunity Monday to Friday with shifts between 6:30AM to 5:00PM. Due to nature of role there is requirement to cover on-call roster.
