Role Description:
• Proper urgency, dedication, and attention to quality when addressing customer requirements.
• Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline through mails.
• Maintaining a fast response time and great quality overall modes of customer communication.
• Identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and revenue.
• Working cross-functionally to ensure customer issues are being flagged and adequately addressed.
• Coming up with ideas and strategies to increase customer activation, retention, shopping & improving customer experience.
• Manage relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring they are motivated and incentivized.
Knowledge and skills (general and technical):
Excellent English communication skills both verbal & written
Marketing skills – navigating social media channels including affiliate marketing, collaborations
