● Handling customer grievances & complaints through e-mails, telephonic conversation and meetings.
● Follow up with clients for payments.
● Handling all inbound calls from the customers and resolving their queries, complaints and request.
● Ensuring customer satisfaction.
● Customer Resolutions for their various services and technical problems.
Essential Skills & Specification
● Fluent in English and Hindi and friendly
● Learner and research oriented
● Outspoken and courageous
● Graduate
● Minimum 6 months experience in Logistics Industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
