Experience: 4-7 Years
Job Responsibility:-
We are looking for someone who can handle our NVOCC customer service –
Skills required –
- Communicate effectively with agents across the global so English and drafting of emails should be good
- Have experience dealing with feeder operators to book slots for our containers
- Have general knowledge of how NVOCC operations work
- Basic understanding of the shipping industry
- Good with softwares and excel
