Bombay Chamber was founded in 1836, The role of the Chamber in the development of the city and the region is of particular significance. Chamber has over 4,500 members and includes most reputed large and medium, professionally managed, corporate manufacturing and commercial companies, financial institutions, multinationals, public sector companies, auditors, architects and chartered accountants.The member companies of the Chamber together contribute roughly one third of India's GDP in the manufacturing and services sector. The Chamber provides a forum for interaction of its members and formation of considered industry opinions and viewpoints. The Chamber provides services to its members through dissemination of information, publications, special studies and through activities like organizing business delegations, seminars and training programs. The Chamber also provides labor advisory services for its members. Other services include visa facilitation services to its members and issue of non-preferential certificates of origin.
The Role
Responsibilities :
• Updating the Member database on a daily basis thru Phone / Email or website of the member organizations.
• Maintaining accurate records in the Member Database
• Membership Follow up with past members.
• Follow up ( Payment / Registration )
• Increasing member data. thru renewed membership
Ideal Profile
Skills Required:
• You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service, Customer Success or Inside Sales role, ideally within the the Not for profit Sector or BPO / KPO
• You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
• Experience within National Sales would be a strong advantage.
• Experience covering High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) is strong plus.
• You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills in English Language
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
• You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
