We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team in Mumbai.

salary - 30k - 45k
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests via various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving their issues effectively and efficiently.
Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications:
A graduate degree in any discipline is required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an international BPO environment, preferably in a customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
