Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges.
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Provide troubleshooting assistance for product-related problems and technical issues.
Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the customer database.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales or Technical Support, to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer concerns.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and their expectations are met.
Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices.
Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and policies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
Any Graduates can apply.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
Empathy and patience to understand and address customer concerns effectively.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to resolve customer issues.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
Strong multitasking skills to handle simultaneous customer interactions and administrative tasks.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and a customer-centric approach.
