Act as a front face for all service related issues of staff benefit policy
He/she will have to be based out of the client premises and establish a service network which is client friendly
Act as a facilitator of all reimbursement claims, scan files and process the claims with head office at Pune.
Take follow ups with employees on all pending claims, paperwork etc.
Candidate does not have to travel outside.
Act as a sole person for any and all requests that the client may have, addition or deletion of employee, discharge of employee at times from hospitals, facilitate personalise service for senior to very senior employees in Intas.
Operate client portal from the premises.
Should have a good personality, good communication on Hindi, Gujarati and English, well-groomed and well dressed.
