What are we looking for?
• Previous experience in a customer support role required not compulsory
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism
• Excellent communication and listening skills with good command of the English language
• Experience in US Voice Process required not compulsory
• Willing to work in US shift (6pm to 12am). It will be 6 days working

What You Will Be Doing
• Serving customer and generate them as successful leads
• Asking insightful questions that get to the root cause of the problem
• Generating leads using your product knowledge and our knowledge bases
• Spending 25% of your time learning about new products, features, & solutions

What You Won’t Be Doing
• Getting bored answering simple questions for the same product each day
• Working on easy or simple tasks
• Working alone and avoiding live customer interaction
• Analyzing, writing, or debugging
