Looking for fresher customer service executive for logistics company Pace Projects. We are an international logistics company focusing on timely and efficient deliveries.
What we require:
1) Solve customer queries and inquires
2) Track shipments and inform customers where they are
3) Be prompt and quick in resolve issues
4) Escalate shipments that are pending and find solutions for the same.
5) Inform customers if documentation is pending.
