Customer Service Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:-
· Answer customer inquiries via phone call in a timely and professional manner.
· Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs, identifying solutions, and exceeding expectations.
· Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, adhering to company policies and procedures.
· Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times, fostering strong relationships with customers.
· Learn and adapt to new processes and procedures quickly.
· Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Skills Required:-
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in written and verbal English (both Hindi and English are highly preferred for specific processes).
