Experience - upto 4.5L PA + Inc.
Handling calls and resolving the queries.
Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Provide Back end services to Clients
Engaged in handling inbound calls of different business Units.
Provide World Class Customer Service.
End to End Transaction of Reports.
Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.
You would be engaged in Shared Services of BPO Unit.
Graduate freshers in any stream can appear
Any Management Graduates 2016 freshers and BE/BTech also can appear.
Any 10+2 or 10+3 Freshers or minimum 6 months work experience..
Shifts - UK, US , Day-shift,
Transportation provided.
