Globe Moving wishes to expand its customer support team and is seeking an Domestic Move Coordinator to :
Handle door to door packing and moving of local and domestic household and office goods shipments flawlessly from start to finish
Provide high quality customer service
Domestic Move Coordinator is a entry level position within Globe Moving's service delivery department and will report into the Customer Service Manager (CSM)
Job Description
Coordinating the household and office goods moves assigned to you from time of sale till receiving payment and closing file.
Coordinating with customer, account, crew, origin team, destination team, transporters, insurance companies etc. and ensuring all jobs are handled smoothly and in time.
Preparing all move related paperwork and documentation.
Attending to customer queries, responding politely, and delighting customers by going the extra mile
Look for opportunities for upselling, cross selling services and increasing shipment profitability.
Coordinating with all departments, agents, partners, government bodies and vendors and ensuring highest quality of service delivery. Also ensure good rapport is maintained with all internal and external stake holders.
Ensure all physical files, CRM and ERP are maintained meticulously, documents and reports are up to date as per ISO / FIDI requirements
Continuously track and monitor the shipments and work with the pricing team & operations teams and look for ways to reduce cost and consolidate shipments.
Ensure billing is as per billing TAT. Ensure there is no revenue leakage in billing.
Ensure payment terms are adhered to as per credit policy
Prepare MIS, review the MIS and submit analysis reports
Carry out all other jobs assigned to you.
Required Candidate profile
Should have excellent skills in customer service and rapport building
Should have excellent communication, and should be able to speak to high profile customers
Should have positive attitude and willing to take up any challenge
Should be able to handle high pressure environment, take decisions quickly and have a solution-oriented approach to problem solving and decision-making
Should be multitask, set priorities, manage timelines, and meet strict deadlines
Should be able to read, analyses and interpret client needs and policies
Should be flexible, work after hours and during weekends if required
Candidate with EMS awareness preferred
Experience & Qualifications
Should have minimum 1+ years prior experience in customer service
Candidates with prior experience and knowledge of Moving, Global Mobility or Logistics will be preferred.
Should be a graduate
Should have very good working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft and other IT Skills
Should be able to read, speak and write in English fluently
Should be able to understand and speak in local languages
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
