Customer Service Executive (F&B)
Purpose
The Customer Service Executive plays a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience at our t Lounge and Bar by Dilmah One Galle Face Mall Outlet. In addition to ensuring customer satisfaction, this position is also responsible for effectively managing and successfully organizing all special events held at the location.

Responsibilities
Maintain all inquiries and follow up on the leads for events
Ideal Candidate
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Food Service or Hospitality Management
3 - 6 months of related experience
Ensure all aspects of the customer requirements are met for the events
Ensure the service orientation is done as per the SOPs at the outlet
Maintain professional work ethics and practices at all given times with all stakeholders
Ensure the Quality Assurance aspect of the location by working with Chefs and the support staff
Contribute to active overall sales targets for the location including event sales targets
Communication with head office on any issues
