Job Summary
We are looking for female Customer Service professionals - the selected candidates would be responsible for handling inbound telephonic, e-mail & social media-based queries of our trained teachers & students, resolving them in conjunction with in-house teams, and cross-selling / up-selling to existing customers (teachers).
Responsibilities and Duties
Handling inbound in-situ, telephonic, WhatsApp-based, e-mail & social media-based queries of our trained teachers & students.
Liaising with in-house technical, creative & digital marketing teams to resolve the teachers' / students' requirements.
Enable conversion of inbound potential customers.
Undertake outbound campaigns through mass-mailing, call-back & follow-ups.
Communicate regularly with our trained teachers to help them maximise their revenue.
Cross sell / up sell our trainings / courses to existing teachers & students.
Undertake lead generation and lead-mining through innovative use of social media platforms.
Maintain relevant databases and generate MIS as required for analysis.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
Good presentation and networking skills.
Ability to listen, empathize and analyze.
Good problem-solving and 'people' skills.
Enthusiasm to achieve the organization's targets.
Ability to thoroughly understand the brand, its product & services.
Previous experience in Customer Service / BPO / Education sector / Ed Tech sector sales preferred.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
