Job Summary
Designation: CSE – Customer Service Executive
Qualification: HSC/Diploma Pass or Any Graduate
Shift Time: Any + Hours Shift between +:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Shift For Girls: +AM TO 6PAM, 10AM TO 7PM
Salary: 10000/- up to 20,000/- INR (CTC Depends on Second round)
Age Criteria: 18 to 35yrs
Typing Speed: 15WPM
Languages Required: English and Hindi.
(Also required for Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Bengali)
Location: Motera Stadium, Chandkheda, Sabarmati Ahmedabad

Responsibilities and Duties
Job Responsibilities:
• Attending calls to customers as per defined TAT throughout the shift.
• Catering to customer queries and providing appropriate solution.
• Handling the customer complaints, query & request.
• Delivery the excellent customer services to the end customer.
• Escalation / coordination to the concern formats / concepts & stores.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Desired Candidates:
• Good Communication in verbal English.
• Basic knowledge of MS-Office.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
• At least Candidate can talk in English with customers.
• candidate get also stipend for particular Process.
