About the Internship:

As a customer service executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued customers. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues they may have, ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Key responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers via multiple channels, such as phone, email, and live chat, to address their queries and concerns promptly and effectively
2. Build and maintain positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty and repeat business
3. Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, promotions, and services to enhance customer experience and drive sales
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely delivery, and efficient issue resolution
5. Utilize MS Excel to maintain customer records, track interactions, and generate reports for management review
6. Continuously strive to improve customer service by staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices
7. Uphold a high standard of written and spoken English proficiency while communicating with customers to deliver a professional and personalized experience
