Job Description
Work location : Thane, Mumbai
It is a Phone Banking service specifically offered to the privileged or HNI account holders in the Bank. They may be Current account holder, NRI account holder, Savings account holder or any other account holder in the Bank.
Roles Responsibilities
You have to receive calls of the account holders Solve their queries or complaints over the call
Check the customer's requirements and suggest products and services which can help them.
In case they show interest to avail any services from the bank then provide complete correct information of the product or services sell the same to the customer
• Actively work towards maintaining customer relations and satisfaction
Shifts
For Females - 7 am to 3 pm, + am to 6 pm, 12 pm to + pm only
Fore Males -7 am to 3 pm, + am to 6 pm, 12 pm to + pm 11 pm to 7 am ; Transport is not provided, traveling allowance is offered during night shifts only to males
CTC Offered
2.85 lac p.a. to 4 lac p.a. (17500 to 28500 in hand)
Desired Profile / Suitable Profile For This Role
Any Graduate or Postgraduate with at least 1 year experience in a BPO, Voice process excellent communications skills in English language will be the best suitable candidate
He/She must also thorough knowledge about Banking products services in general
