Job Title: Customer Success Executives - (Customer Service/ Customer Excellence)
Position Objectives: Provide application and service support for customers in US Customers.
Job Description and Responsibilities:-
• Manage incoming calls and emails and handle appropriate follow-up calls and emails
• Analyze customer data to improve customer experience.
• Create and manage help topics and documentations.
• Minimize the customer churn rate
• Respond to customer queries via live chat and email.
Qualification and Skills:-
• Freshers to 2 Yrs experience with good communication experience.
• You are very fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
Timings: US Shift (+ pm - 6 am)

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
