Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and well-spoken Female Customer Service Executive to be the face of ALFEN’s customer relations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client queries, managing leads, and ensuring exceptional customer support before and after the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Provide detailed information about ALFEN’s products and services.
Manage and follow up on customer leads from various sources (digital, showroom, referrals, etc.).
Support clients throughout the pre-sale and post-sale stages..
Represent ALFEN with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
Eligibility & Requirements
Gender: Female candidates only.
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication (English & Hindi)
Presentable and well-groomed
Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
