Job Description:
We are hiring a Customer Service Intern with mandatory fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls to connect with customers, resolve queries, share information, and ensure smooth communication. Candidates must be disciplined, comfortable managing a high call volume, and able to work efficiently in a remote setup.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (strictly mandatory).
- Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls daily.
- Professional attitude and ability to manage multiple conversations.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working in a remote environment.
- Minimum 6 months of prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or a similar role.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th pass (mandatory); Graduate preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, MS Excel).
- Ability to learn quickly and follow clear instructions.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role will be an added advantage.
