We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the HSBC InvestDirect Financial Services (India) Limited “HIFSL” (NBFC) team.
CSE function Includes
• To engage with HIFSL’s existing and new customers across all NBFC RMs (Delhi & Mumbai) to support with LAS transactional and operational requirements and ongoing servicing.
Principal Responsibilities
• Supporting LAS facility set up, renewal, enhancement etc. related documentation
• Engagement with customers and internal stakeholders for various transactional and operational requirements
• Support with query resolutions (pre & post disbursal)
• Client Servicing (SOAs, MVRs, Debit Notes, Timely Intimation of monthly/quarterly interest payable)
The Opportunity
To engage with customers and internal stakeholders to contribute to the growth of LAS business and HNI client segment.
Requirements
• Qualified Graduate
• Fundamental understanding of the NBFC/Banking KYC & Financial Documents
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Excellent Communication Skill
• To be mobile & be able to meet clients, if required
