Job Description
Customer Support:
• Responding to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via various channels such as phone, email, live chat, or social media.
• Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and answering product-related questions
• Identifying and addressing customer issues, complaints, or escalations, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex problems and proactively finding ways to improve the overall customer experience.
Customer Feedback:
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to communicate customer insights and contributing to the development of new features or services.
• Maintaining records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in internal databases or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Generating reports and insights on customer trends, feedback, and satisfaction levels to drive continuous improvement.
Product Knowledge And Customer Education:
• Maintaining a deep understanding of the products and services offered by Tata 1mg, including pharmaceuticals, healthcare devices, wellness products, and other relevant categories.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers and assisting with the products/medicines based on their requirements, as suggested by their treating physician.
What we are looking for:
• Graduate with 1-3 yrs of similar experience
• Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
• Preferrable from Healthcare industry
• Excellent communication skills
