Handling flight ticket related queries/requests in inbound calls, E-mails etc. efficient customer service.

Responding to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.

Inbound Customer Service Centre for India’s #1 Airline

Handling inbound calls related to pre / post travel queries from Customers worldwide

Assisting customer with making a reservation/modification/cancellation & Flight Information

Providing Excellent Customer Service

Responsibilities and Duties

1) Fluent in English

2) Flexible for rotational shift

3) Not pursuing regular education

4) Transport is available within 15 KM only in 8PM to 8AM window(either pick up or drop): So look for candidates within 15KM from site (Viman Nagar, Pune).

5) No Leaves within 3 Months of Joining. (Even for Exam so avoid candidates going to appear in exam in next 3 Months): They will get rejected in HR round itself.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Good Communication skills (English + Hindi)

Graduate / Undergraduate / BTech (Only less than 65%)

24/7365 days working environment, with 6 working days with 01 rotational Weekly Off

247 shifts( open for night shifts)

Immediate joiningNo leaves for initial 3 months
