Full Job Description
Giving and receiving updates to/from different stake holders such overseas agents, exporters, importers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, CFS, etc.
Handle complete logistics shipments from door to door and liaise with vendors on a daily basis.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Desired Skills/Knowledge:
Word, Excel (intermediate level), must possess good command over spoken and written English. Knowledge of spoken Marathi and Hindi is a must.
Academic Qualifications: Graduate in any stream
Experience: Upto 3 years in logistics/freight forwarding.
Academic Qualifications: Graduate in any stream
Location: Sakinaka, Andheri (E)
Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 Pm
