Answering customer queries/concerns via phone and email
Creating and responding to tickets in our Customer Support System
Adhering to ticket SLA policies to ensure resolutions are reached promptly
Assisting in creating schedules for technicians
Sending daily, weekly and monthly reports
Promote IT Solutions in terms of Products or Services to residential or businessclient’ss customers via outbound calls, inbound calls and referrals.
Offers excellence in post-sales support for IT products and services.
Provide exceptional customer care to our client's customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend/sell solutions that meet those needs.
Ensure excellent customer service by communicating with the internal team, and/or appropriately transfer to the responsible department when required.
Required Skills, Abilities, and Attributes:
Experience in a sales role and/or customer service environment
Motivated to meet personal and team sales goals
Able to deliver sales and service excellence by demonstrating tenacity, persuasiveness, and strong interpersonal skills
Passionate about outstanding customer service
You are able to analyze data, utilize problem-solving skills, and recommend solutions
Able to maintain a high level of performance under the pressure of time constraints and a fast-paced, changing environment
Call center experience is an asset
Knowledge of the tech company, Internet, Television, and Home Phone services that we might offer to the clients
Superb communication skills (oral and written)
Willing to take on new challenges
