Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Working on the inbound/outbound calls
• Working on resolving the issues for the inbound/outbound calls
• Making sure that the business needs are met on a daily basis
• Should be comfortable working on word and PowerPoint presentations.
• Giving customer insights/analytics to the higher management
