Duties

Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone.

Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.

Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic are preferred; bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.

Ability to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions.

Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.

Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
