As a Customer Service Manager (CSM) your primary role is to acquire new quality customers and sales various products (special focus on term Deposits and insurance) and as desired by the Bank from time to time. To ensure accurate, timely and error free processing of customer service requests. To ensure the best visual impact of the branches on customers.
Job Responsibility:
• Establish and nurture strong relationships for providing good service experience to existing customers and acquiring new quality customers.
• Identify opportunities to cross sell deposit and fee products like (Life Insurance, Health Insurance, General Insurance, Loans) to customers and penetrate better market share.
• Constantly endeavor to improve existing customer relationships and involve in Sales to deepen the same.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and reduce attrition.
• Explain about FD rates and handle Portfolio, should be willing to work on field.
• Overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary.
Job Requirements:
• Any Graduate.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar field.
• Previous experience in customer service, relationship management, or retail banking is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of retail banking products, services, and industry trends.
• Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently.
