Key Responsibilities include:
Manage and supervise service department operations, including Service Advisors, Technicians, Groomers, and Warranty staff, ensuring performance standards and service targets are met
Plan, coordinate, and oversee workshop scheduling, allocating jobs, monitoring workflow, and adjusting priorities to meet deadlines and customer expectations
Liaise with customers to provide updates on vehicle servicing, diagnostic outcomes, repair progress, and parts availability, ensuring a high level of customer service
Coordinate procurement, sourcing, and allocation of automotive parts (OEM and aftermarket), and oversee inventory control processes including receiving and stock management
Ensure compliance of all vehicles with regulatory and company standards,including servicing, inspections, registration, and pre-delivery requirements
Manage loan vehicle allocation and usage, ensuring availability and efficient utilization
Assess vehicle service requirements and coordinate diagnostics and repairs,including engagement with external service providers where required
Collaborate with sales and other departments to support vehicle preparation, stock readiness, and parts availability for new and used vehicles
Monitor and control operational costs, including labour utilization, parts usage, and workshop efficiency
Conduct team briefings and provide direction to technical staff, ensuring clear communication of job requirements and performance expectations
Maintain service records, prepare invoices, and oversee administrative processes related to service operations
Deliver front-line customer service, including greeting customers, booking jobs, and invoicing
Assist customers with basic vehicle support (e.g.setting clocks, software updates, phone pairing, resetting TPMS warning lights)

Pay: $60,000.00 – $63,000.00 per year
