We sell a variety of products on e-commerce marketplaces like ebay and our own website. You will need to use our set of special software tools to service these orders on a regular basis and monitor customer feedback. Here is what your day might look like.
Collating orders through all sales platforms using our software tools.
Overseeing product packaging and tracking shipment.
Ensuring that our customers receive their delivery and solving any problems they might face.
Consistently growing customer feedback scores.
Managing product listings on various websites
Managing inventory of products and making sure we stay lean.
Coordinating ordering, delivery and tracking of fresh inventory
Documentation of all aspects of our business
