Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using AWS services such as AWS Glue, Redshift/Spectrum, S3 API Gateway, Athena, Step, and Lambda Functions.
• Implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) processes for seamless data integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement large-scale distributed systems for data processing and analytics.
• Optimize and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment and integration of new data solutions.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services: Glue, Redshift/Spectrum, S3 API Gateway, Athena, Step and Lambda functions.
• Proficiency in ETL/ELT patterns and experience building scalable data pipelines.
• Strong development experience in Python or any other object-oriented programming language.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience in maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and integrations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in data architecture, data lake design, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on with AWS best practices and security standards.

What would you do? • You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help us in managing/ resolving customers query, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers & giving best resolutions. • You will also be responsible for closing the fault and complaints within SLA s. Looking for a candidate who is good in communication and has good knowledge on metrics of Customer Support The role is aligned to our Service Desk Voice Support team which is responsible for performing day to day operations while maintaining SLAs & solving queries related to disputes while coordinating with customers. • The team reviews service requests based on the predefined scope of support, records, diagnoses, and troubleshoots customer raised incidents. • They also manage unplanned interruptions to restore normal service operations as quickly as possible for voice interactions
