We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals with exceptional customer service skills to join our team. In this role, you will be the guiding hand for individuals in need, providing them with personalised and expert support to navigate their superannuation journey. Your ability to listen, understand, and respond with empathy will have a direct positive impact on the lives of the fund’s members, ensuring they feel valued and confident in their decisions and situations.

Key Details:
Commencement dates: +th of June 2026
Operational Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 8:00PM (Rotational roster). Daylight savings will affect these hours
Training: Up to 3 weeks of comprehensive paid training, get RG146 trained!
Pay rate: $27.17 + 11.5% super, penalty rates & up to $120 monthly incentives
Location: Full-time onsite at our Robina delivery centre next to Robina Town Centre, Hybrid and Work from Home opportunities exist.
Work from Home: 6-month term, with potential to extend. Minimum internet speed required to work from home, 30mb download & 15mb upload
$400 incentive upon successfully completing three months of employment after finishing training
Key Responsibilities:
First point of contact for customer service and account management
Ability to understand individual customer needs and deliver a personalised experience
Support customers through multiple channels. Commencing on our voice line and potentially being upskilled into digital team, moving towards other channels such as web messaging, smart phone apps, social media enquiries and emails
Work across systems and knowledge base to successfully address customer enquiries
Maintain strict confidentiality while dealing with personal and sensitive information
Who are you?
You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers. Whilst contact centre experience is advantageous, exceptional customer service skills are a must!
Able to demonstrate empathy and understanding of customer emotions and situations.
Tech-savvy and confident using multiple programs & systems
Passionate about customer service and an excellent communicator
Eager to meet targets and KPI’s.
Inquisitive and enjoy problem-solving
Ability to adapt in a fast paced work environment
