About the Role:

The Customer Services Officer is the first point of contact for external customers at the Adelaide CBD Customer Service Centre. The role is responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service and provide administrative support that assists in the effective and efficient operations of the centre. The role provides high quality customer service by modelling service excellence behaviours that meet the needs of customers and stakeholders and enhances the corporate profile of the Department. The role contributes to the delivery of customer services projects. The incumbent in the role will be responsible to work with regional staff and other internal stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.

Special Conditions:

May be required to participate in fire management or associated duties.

May be required to undertake work outside of the normal hours of work.

Inter and intrastate and remote area travel may be required, including travel in light aircraft involving occasional overnight absences.

The incumbent will uphold the ethical behaviour and professional integrity standards as contained in the Public Sector Act (200+).

This role has been designated as a Position of Trust pursuant to the standards required in the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework. By applying for this role you consent to being screened under the process of obtaining a National Police Clearance (NPC), and to the Department requiring you to obtain an NPC.

Remuneration:

ASO3 $67,58+ min - $72,033 max p.a.
