About the Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to provide both administrative and sales support to the ALM Canberra operation in a collaborative and customer-focused team environment. The role has a strong emphasis on invoicing, receipting, claims management, complaint resolution, and identifying upselling opportunities through specific customer channels. You will engage directly with customers to resolve issues efficiently and ensure high service standards are maintained.

This is a part-time role working three days per week (Monday to Wednesday, 8:30am - 4:30pm), offering an excellent work-life balance. Some flexibility is required, as the successful candidate will be expected to increase to five days per week when covering leave within the team. The role will be based out of our Fyshwick warehouse office.


In this Role

Proactively managing individual claims, returns, from notification to closure within required timeframe, working closely with the warehouse supervisor and the customer.
Maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
Develop knowledge of warehouse processes, logistics and regional constraints and retail processes to provide detailed information to customers.
100% accuracy required in data entry, covering orders (email, fax & phone), claims (email, fax & phone), customer records and administration.
Manage reception duties and customer communication for the site.
Achieve a sales target each month by identifying sales opportunities to grow existing and new customers through all channels.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute supplier and customer deals.
Assist in warehouse operations by managing, deal sheets, ullages, and stock adjustments.

You’re Likely a Match If

3+ years’ experience in an administrative role.
Liquor industry experience required but not essential.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Skilled in administrative tasks such as filing, report distribution, debt collection related activities.
Experience with SAP to intermediate level.
Experience in MS Excel to intermediate level
