Job Description
Our client are leaders of cement, aggregates and ready mixed concrete & services and they have an opportunity for a Customer Service/Dispatch Officer to join their well-established team on a casual basis located in the Welshpool area.
This role is Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm, with free onsite parking available and offering a competitive hourly rate of $3+ p/hr (inclusive of 25% casual loading)!
Key responsibilities
Processing payments and orders
Provide friendly, helpful customer service over the phone and/or email
Checking vehicles for adequate load restraints
Data entry using SAP and Google based programs
Successful candidates will have:
Driver's license and reliable vehicle
Proven experience in a similar role
Great punctuality and time management
Ability to quickly adapt and follow new processes and procedures
Rights to work in Australia
Ability to provide contactable work references within the last 12 months
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and ******* & ******* screen
