We are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer for our Anglesea clinic in Hamilton.
About the role:
As a Customer Service Officer with Foot Mechanics, you’ll be handling inbound and outbound calls, booking patient appointments on our booking system, invoicing, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. Great communication skills and work ethic is key while you attend to our patients, and we’ll look after you every step of the way with on-site training and the support of a caring team. This is a permanent full-time position Monday to Friday each week.

About you:
We are seeking someone with existing experience in reception, customer service and / or retail and a drive to provide empathetic and friendly support to our patients. Our local clinic has an excellent position located at Angelsea Sports Medicine in Hamilton.

has previous experience in a similar reception role.
has excellent presentation communication skills.
prides themselves in being professional and reliable.
has experience in Microsoft Office 365.
can think on their feet with a ‘let’s-do-this attitude.
