Job Description
WILL:
Report to the COO of Bet Right, working alongside the Head of Market Making and Digital Operations
Advocate on behalf of our clients
Attend to calls/live chats/emails from clients in an open, friendly manner
Ensure that you are up to date with the sports/race wagering landscape
Collaborate effectively across teams whilst advocating for our clients
Work with the Operations team to establish, update and maintain a promotional calendar for all relevant sports markets
Contribute to the creation, maintenance and compliance of all creative assets for owned, paid and earned media
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures in accordance with corporate governance and legal/compliance requirements
Stay up-to-date with new industry and marketing trends, new channels, partners and strategies for potential incorporation into BetTube’s Growth programme
Help to build a culture that aligns with BetTubes’ Mission
HAVE:
Minimum:
1-3+ years experience in customer service and/or marketing
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An ability to work independently and hit the ground running
Preferred But Not Required:
Experience working in a start-up or early stage technology-enabled business
Experience working with wagering and sports businesses
