Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer on a casual basis. The Customer Service Officer is responsible for the delivery of customer service support and managing the documentation and data generated from residential activities This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key areas of Responsibility
Provide inbound and outbound call centre support for new and existing customers.
Attend to ad hoc walk-in enquiries.
Provision of administration support for a wide range of scheme-based activities.
Data and documentation review and analysis.
About You
We are seeking an individual who embodies the following qualities:
Strong time management with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a small team across a wide range of capabilities.
Administration knowledge and high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills including written and oral
Demonstrates adaptability and a proactive, positive attitude in a dynamic growing environment
Available to work at least 30 hours per week upon commencement until Christmas holidays.
