You’ll be the go-to for customer service excellence, ensuring every interaction is smooth, friendly, and solution-oriented, while also taking ownership of processing customer orders and converting them to invoices accurately and without delay.
You’ll help manage stock transfers and month-end stocktakes, ensuring inventory levels are spot on.
You’ll provide essential support to Sales Reps, delivering accurate and timely reports to keep them in the loop.
You’ll update distributor portals with the latest pricing and new product additions, keeping things fresh and up to date.
You’ll assist in streamlining office procedures, maintaining efficiency and accuracy across the board, while also identifying areas for improvement and suggesting innovative, more efficient ways of doing things.
You’ll manage the daily tasks, from sorting mail to running errands, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
You’ll step in to support your colleagues, providing administrative assistance across teams and backing up Customer Service staff during leave.
You’ll ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and work instructions, maintaining consistency and integrity.
You’ll take on extra responsibilities as needed, tackling new challenges within your skill set to help the team thrive.

Are available part-time, with Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays marked as "must-have" on your calendar.
Know your way around MS Office, especially Excel, and skilled in mastering PC software and systems. Familiar with Attache? Even better.
