About the role

This opening is for an Administration & Customer Service Officer to join our team in Cairns

This is a Full Time Permanent Position, Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

Provide general administration and office support where required

Pallet Control and Coordination tasks, including reconciling pallets and ensuring correct pallet numbers

Revenue and Accounts Administration including coordinating invoices and purchase orders

Utilising inhouse systems for the purpose of data entry and manifesting tasks

Updating and using spreadsheets on a regular basis

Stock management - ensure sufficient supplies of all resources and equipment

Order in office supplies including stationery, technology, staff uniforms and other general items

Scan and file office work and documentation, and be able to handle sensitive information in a responsible and compliant manner

Utilise CRM software to update records

Utilise Freight Tracking software in order to track customer freight and resolve queries, including working with damaged and unidentified freight

Manage customer queries across multiple divisions within Team Global Express

Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.

Educate customers on how to use our self-service platforms effectively.
