The Job
We're hiring customer-focused individuals to join our client's Contact Center team. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is a great fit.
• Answer calls from the public and provide first-call resolution for queries and issues.
• Work closely with support and product teams to resolve requests quickly.
• Make outbound calls to users who request callbacks.
• Handle emails and chatbot responses as assigned.
• Ensure all incidents are properly documented, tracked, and followed up.
The Talent
• No experience required
• Prior experience in call centres or customer service is highly preferred
• Comfortable to be in a call centre role
• Committed and focused
• Strong communication skills
• Adaptable and a fast learner
• Strong customer centricity
• Willing to work in shifts, on weekends and PHs
