The Role

Pirtek’s National Office in Kings Park's OEM division requires a motivated, enthusiastic person who takes pride in their work to join our team as an OEM Customer Service Officer. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Responding to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face

Manage customer order entries

Manage and update client accounts

Liaise with the OEM Sales Team to provide best possible support to customers

Communicate customer expectations to the production team

Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge

Update client databases

Perform general administration tasks

This role would be suitable for an experienced customer service officer who has worked within an industrial business who is friendly, helpful, hardworking and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will also have:

Excellent communication skills

A warm, approachable manner

At least 3 years' experience in a customer service position, ideally within a technical / production type environment

Extensive experience using MS office software

Sound industry knowledge

Experience using Infor Syteline - preferable but not essential
