Key Responsibilities (training Provided)
Undertaking the registration, KYC (Identity Verification) and education of new customers.
Efficiently and professionally answer calls and emails from customers, providing betting information and accurately completing bet placement on their behalf.
Responding promptly to incoming customer queries via phone calls and emails.
Assisting with and ensuring team procedures are appropriately documented.
Continually updating knowledge around products and services.
Promoting safer gambling practices by advocating for sustainable approaches and ensuring our platform remains a positive experience for all.
