This newly created position will suit someone with a strong demonstrated customer service / internal sales background
The main focus of the role is in maintaining service excellence to customers ALREADY in the system
As with any larger company the more extensive the database the more the need to be careful in ensuring existing accounts are looked after and maintained
Duties: follow up sections of the database as directed; provide information on specials and other new products; establish any areas of concern (pricing, quality, delivery times etc) to any lapsed or MIA customers; problem solve any issues and report / provide feedback to management; identify potential areas of sales growth; update database and changed details / new contacts ETC
You will enjoy a productive and satisfying role ensuring customers are treated with respect and promises are kept
You must have customer service or call centre experience, excellent communication skills, a tactful helpful problem solving approach, an enthusiastic pick up the phone manner (majority of this is oubound warm calls) and the success will be yours
Normal office hours - Mon to Fri +am to 5pm
