Lincoln BWT is a leading supplier of pool and spa equipment. Located in Braeside based of the national headquarters – superb working environment.
We work in a complex and fast paced environment. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing inquires, providing quotations, placing orders and providing detailed information to our national customer base. You will be a detailed oriented self-motivated person with high energy, excellent time management skills and a strong focus on problem solving.

Required Skills.
Exceptional customer service skills and previous experience in a customer service role.
Be proficient in all aspects in using computers.
Experience in using relevant EPR systems (D365) experience is an advantage.
