About the internship
Are your someone who loves to talk and interact with people? Talking comes naturally to you and can solve people's queries just like their buddy? Then you're the one we are looking for!
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Respond to customer inquiries and questions via inbound and outbound phone calls, chats, social media platforms, as well as Whatsapp messages
2. Assist customers with their purchases and make sure they never face any issues buying our products
3. Understand and communicate correct product details that will close the sales
4. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
5. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, ensure overall customer satisfaction, and provide a high-quality customer experience
6. Maintain and compile data of customer service requests on excel
7. Coordinate and work closely with the other support team members to represent the company
