Customer Service Rep | Banking
A local bank in Spokane is interested in hiring Customer Service Representatives to join their team onsite in Spokane, WA! The team is looking for candidates with experience in providing exceptional client service, researching and resolving problems and errors, and supporting clients and branches with online and mobile banking as well as all other loan-related transactions.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional client service by researching and resolving problems and errors.
• Support clients and branches with online and mobile banking and all other loan-related transactions.
• Contribute to department service quality goal achievement.
• Proactively assess clients' service needs, resolve inquiries, provide account information, and perform a variety of transactions on the clients' behalf.
• Actively expand existing client relationships by cross-selling products and services or referring clients to appropriate sales staff.
• Utilize computerized systems to gather information, troubleshoot, and track calls.
• Comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Customer Service Representative experience.
• Call Center experience.
• Banking/Financial experience (preferred).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (not required).
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00
